I'm not a big fan of sweets, desserts or anything of the kind. I'd much rather have a steaming bowl of beef 'n' broccoli than a piece of pie, a slice of cake, or a truffle. However, I recently found a new kind of chocolate that I really like: Lindt Excellence white chocolate coconut. It's quite possible the best chocolate I've ever had. I'm a big fan of Lindt chocolate in general, but I can never eat more than one or two pieces at a time. This holds true for the white chocolate coconut bar as well. I bought one bar before Christmas and I still haven't finished it. At $3/bar or so, it's not the kind of thing you buy every day, to be certain...but I'm sure there will be more of these in my future. I just hope that this isn't a limited-edition creation like the Lindt cookies 'n' cream truffles were. I bought them once in the Lindt store we have in the local mall, and haven't been able to find them since. Major bummer.
